Need help accessing the championship, supporter verification, gameplay stages, or technical issues?
This page explains the most common situations and how to solve them.
Championship Access Issues
If your championship access does not unlock:

Use the SAME email used during Stripe payment.

Wait a few seconds after payment confirmation.

Verify there are no typing mistakes in your email.

Check your Stripe payment receipt.

Supporter access expires after the selected support period.
Payment Completed But Access Not Active

Refresh the page.
-
Reopen RollCycling.
-
Verify your supporter email again.
-
If the issue continues, contact support.
Stripe Payment Failed

Insufficient funds.
-
Temporary bank restriction.
-
Card verification failure.
-
Temporary Stripe service interruption.
-
Retry again later.
Game Not Loading

Refresh your browser.
-
Desktop or laptop recommended.

Some mobile devices may have limited compatibility.

Clear browser cache if needed.
Championship Stage Flow
The championship can follow two official routes:

Queen Stage → Criterium → Time Trial
-
Criterium → Queen Stage → Time Trial
After all three stages are completed, the final championship classification appears automatically.
Reset Championship
Use the Reset button inside the results panel to clear the current championship and begin a new competition.

Known Limitations
